You own the incident number and the audit file.
- Live compliance instead of spot checks
- Escalation that doesn't rely on someone remembering
- Exportable evidence per worker and shift
Sitesafe turns the PPE your crew already wears into connected safety infrastructure. Three chipsets, one live view of who's protected, who isn't, and where they are.
Clips to the helmet rim. Detects wear state continuously and reports to the vest hub over Bluetooth.
Collects from the Helmet and boot, then sends compliance status and on-demand GPS to your server over IoT.
Straps above the ankle in a rugged pouch. Pairs to the vest over Bluetooth alongside the Helmet.
Sites run on spot checks, clipboards and trust. Between the morning walkthrough and the end of shift, nobody actually knows who took a helmet off in the heat, who swapped boots, or where a crew member is when something goes wrong.
Lack of reliable visibility into PPE non-compliance.
Inefficient workforce monitoring and management.
Opaque and manual audit processes.
Sitesafe attaches to standard PPE rather than replacing it. The Helmet and boot modules pair to the vest over Bluetooth; the vest carries the IoT connection that reaches your server.
Both modules track whether their PPE is being worn and stream that state to the vest over a short-range Bluetooth link.
The vest chipset combines its own status with the Helmet and boot readings, then transmits compliance data — and GPS when requested — over its IoT connection.
Safety managers, supervisors and project heads open one monitoring portal: who's on site, what they're wearing, and what needs attention now.
See who's on site right now, which zone they're in, and how long they've been there — without a radio call.
Live per-worker status across helmet, vest and boots, so a gap shows up the moment it happens.
Non-compliance routes to the supervisor first, then up the chain if it isn't resolved. You set the thresholds.
Assign kits to workers, pair modules, and watch battery and connection health across the whole fleet.
Compliance trends by shift, zone and contractor — exportable when an auditor or client asks for evidence.
The same data that proves compliance also confirms presence, so attendance stops being a separate process.
Catch a missing helmet in the moment instead of reconstructing it after an incident.
Supervisors stop spending the shift verifying PPE by eye and get back to running work.
A timestamped record per worker, per shift — ready when a client or regulator asks.
See which zones, shifts and contractors carry the most risk, and act on the pattern.
You own the incident number and the audit file.
You need to know who's on site and where, right now.
You're weighing cost, rollout effort and return.
We watched safety teams rely on manual morning walkthroughs and clipboards, and realized the core problem: compliance isn't a snapshot, it's a continuous state. We built Sitesafe at AyantrAI because safety infrastructure shouldn't require full kit replacements—it should integrate into the gear your crew already wears.
Sitesafe is a working prototype in active development ahead of a February 2027 launch. We're onboarding a small group of early access sites to shape the rollout.
No. Sitesafe is built as an attachment system. The Helmet module clips to a standard hard Helmet, the vest module mounts to the vest strap, and the boot module straps above the ankle — so your crew keeps the gear they already have and the kit you already buy.
The Helmet and boot chipsets connect to the vest chipset over Bluetooth Low Energy. The vest is the IoT device — it carries the connection that sends compliance data to the server, plus GPS location when the portal requests it.
We've applied for certification and it's in progress. We're not claiming certified status until it's granted — if certification is a procurement gate for you, tell us in your early access request and we'll keep you posted on where it stands.
The portal is role-based: PPE managers, safety heads, project heads and supervisors each see what's relevant to them. GPS is on-demand rather than continuous tracking. We'll walk through the full data handling model with early access sites as part of onboarding.
Right now, a short conversation about your site, your current compliance process, and what a pilot would need to prove. There's no commitment and no cost — we're building the onboarding queue in the order requests come in.
The system is designed to scale from a single site upward, and device management is built for fleet-level assignment rather than one-off pairing. If you're weighing it for a specific headcount, mention the number in your request and we'll be straight with you about fit.
Tell us a little about your site and we'll be in touch as onboarding opens. No commitment, no cost.
